Applicant must agree to abide by all rules if changed from time to time by the organisers.
The applicant should be an Indian -born.
The applicant should be fit & robust in health.
The travel & stay arrangements of finalists (only of the participants) for the grand finale will be done by organisers.
The participation in the official Miss and Mrs.Red Carpet Crown of India catalogue published by the organisers is obligatory for the participants the organisers reserve the right to edit ,modify resize any catalogue information ,text ,images supplied by the organisers.
Applicant should be between 15 to 60 years.The applicant will be required to produce their age proof (passport or aadhar card or voter ID card or driving licence ).
Applicant must agree to pay the registration fees of rupees 1500 (non refundable including GST ).
The regional round expenses (travel and stay )will have to be done by the participant .
Charges paid towards the participation in the contest are non refundable.
The applicant once short listed cannot be a part of any other commercial contract.
The organisers and there authorised contacts can excuse the event during anytime the participants may find disturbance or obstacle to their event .participants has to except such last minute change and no argument or compensation demand will be entertain for damage loss inconvenience thus caused .
The organiser reserve the right to remove any participant at any point of time if the organisers found any obstacle or disturbance in the event if causing obstruction to smooth movement of event .
The organisers would employee adequate securities and take all precautionary measures the organisers be cannot be held liable for any loss ,theft or damage due to any untoward incident or natural calamities.participant must ensure they are exhibits in the manner they think fits.
The organisers will provide security in the event from the start till the end .
In the event of any dispute ,the organisers decision is final.

All verbal communication ,consent and approvals shall be considered invalid only writing or email communication will be considered valid by the organiser. the disputed ,if any are subject to be settled only by the law agencies under the jurisdiction of gautam buddha nagar Uttar Pradesh.
The schedule of events and qualification rounds are subject to change at the discretion of the organisers.
The organisers are not responsible for any delays or non receipt of applications on any account and for any reason whats over.
The applicant will have to participate in a discipline and diligent manner throughout as per schedule given.
Organisers will provide only general Security at the venue and will not be responsible for each individual.
Organisers results the right to modify change or issue new terms and conditions and rules of participation ,promotion ,benefits at the event all edition at any point of time.
The organiser reserve the right to allocate the location once book cannot be cancelled for any reasons as we do not have refund or cancellation policy exhibitors should book only if they are 100% sure of their participation.
On acceptance of application and allocation of stalls, the participant by default enters into a contract with organisers wherein the participant agree to participate and abide by the terms and conditions of the event.
If the full payment is not received one month period to the event date ,organisers have full right to a lot the seat waiting list and no payment will be refunded.

The participants will receive a detailed event manual with the information charges for additional service,participant will have to abide by the general rules of the venue authority as well as the safety & maintenance requirements issued by various agencies as mentioned in the participants manual.
At any reason if the event is cancelled,abandoned or suspended fully or in part due to reason beyond the control of organisers such as war,terrorist attacks , weather condition,pandemics,fire ,natural calamities national emergency, law & order problem,labour disputes,venue owner disputes/problems or any other cause beyond organisers control ,the organisers will repay only the proportion part of the final audition selected candidates grooming fees paid by the participant after deducting all the expenses incurred on the event including office establishment,advertising & marketing etc. right from the announcement of the event date or in above cases ,organisers may reschedule the event to any future date in which participation of the candidates who have already selected in final round is mandatory if not opting for refund after deducting expenses in the event as mentioned above.
